What it is

Compliance and transaction software for regulated firms. It brings the deal and its due diligence into one record. It orchestrates, evidences and records. Customers hold their own regulated relationships and remain the regulated party.

Not a payment provider, payment institution or payment service provider. Not a bank or deposit-taker. Not an exchange, including a virtual-asset exchange, or a VASP. Not a money transmitter, remitter or money services business. Not an escrow agent or trust-account operator. Not a custodian of funds, assets or documents of title. Not a real-estate broker, or an introducer of clients to brokers, banks, lenders or other providers. Not a regulated financial entity of any kind. Not a law firm, a provider of legal advice, or a compliance consultancy that gives opinions.
